Welcome Dr. Mary Beth Johnson

The Dental Specialists is excited to welcome Dr. Mary Beth Johnson! Dr. Johnson will be practicing at our Chaska and Edina practices.

Dr. Johnson received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and Certificate in Advanced General Dentistry in 1983 and 1984 at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She went on to receive her Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 1993 at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. And in 1997, Dr. Johnson obtained her M.Sc.D. from St Louis University Department of Graduate Endodontics in St Louis, Missouri. 

Dr. Johnson is an American Association of Endodontists Life Member. Dr. Johnson said, "I have found dentistry to be an extremely rewarding career." She loves practicing as an endodontist; diagnosing and treating complex cases to help patients save their natural teeth, and trying to make the experience as pleasant and comfortable as possible. 

After living in a variety of locations throughout the U.S. and Europe, Dr. Johnson was so happy to move back to Minneapolis in 1997, where she is close to family and friends. She enjoys the many fine restaurants and cultural amenities the Twin Cities has to offer, and the beautiful lakes, parks and trails. She has been a member of a book club for many years, and she particularly loves to play golf.
