Welcome Dr. Alejandro Aguirre

The Dental Specialists is excited to welcome Dr. Alejandro Aguirre!

Dr. Aguirre will be practicing at our Maple Grove practice. In 1991, Dr. Aguirre received his Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, and the following year acquired his Master of Science from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Later, in 1997, Dr. Aguirre received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry. Most recently, Dr. Aguirre obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in 2018. 

Dr. Aguirre is a member of many associations and societies, including; Minnesota Dental Association, St. Paul District Dental Society, American Association of Endodontists. He is also a fellow in the following dental honor organizations: American College of Dentists, International College of Dentists, and Pierre Fauchard Academy.

"I chose endodontics because I like to help people that suffer from pain and infection. You are not able to live your life fully if you have a toothache, my goal is for our patients to have a positive experience when our team is treating them." Dr. Aguirre said, when asked why he chose the endodontics specialty.

Outside of the office, Dr. Aguirre loves to volunteer, learn, travel, and help the less fortunate. He is a member of many different dental and volunteer organizations that are local, state, and national. His interests include finance, entrepreneurship, association management, leadership development, parliamentary procedure, diversity and inclusion. He also likes consulting in all aspects of leadership especially on developing emerging leaders from traditionally underrepresented groups.
