Appointment Instructions

Thank you for entrusting The Dental Specialists with your oral health. Please remember to bring the following items to your upcoming scheduled appointment: 

• Medical and dental insurance cards
• Photo ID
• Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the check-in process.
• If you are a new patient, please complete the pre-registration forms that were sent to you via text or email. If you are unable to complete the pre-registration forms, please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.
