The only "Good" rating I gave was because she at one point was discussing my condition with the hygienist rather than both of us. But, when the hygienist informed her that we had already discussed the issue, she then included me in the conversation. I think she was only being respectful of the hygienist and myself and now knowing what we had already discussed.

My doctor and assistant were very friendly. Both asked if I needed breaks. The doctor listened to me when something was painful and gave me more numbing solution. I felt like I was in very good hands my entire procedure. They even gave me stress balls because the initial numbing shots were not pleasant and scared me.

Dr. Molletti was extremely rude and I felt like I was being talked down to or almost scolded due to my diabetic condition. I felt like she was in a rush to get me in and out of the appointment. I would NOT recommend her as a treating dentist, nor will I be back for a future visit. I would advise anyone looking to schedule an appointment with her to go ANYWHERE else to see ANYONE else.

Have a lot of information very quickly. I didn't get the examination I thought I was getting. She probed, then stated I needed other services done before she could do an actual x ray. I felt like I was being sold. I was referred by my regular dentist. Your dentist made it sound like mine was incapable of doing certain procedures that they are well equipped for. I was also quotes a price 3 times higher than my regular dentist for the exact same procedure. I felt pressured to leave my regular dentist. Genuinely, my whole experience was a waste of time.

I dealt mostly with the person cleaning my teeth (sorry I don't remember her name) - she was absolutely wonderful and explained everything to me very well. I only saw the doctor for a few minutes.

The Dr. spoke very cold and matter-of-fact. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and I take good care of my numbers. I see an endocrinologist regularly. I do not take Diabetes advice, regarding my teeth or otherwise, from anyone other than an Endocrinologist.
